Online Bass Lessons
These Terms & Conditions explain how our online bass lessons work, including payments, lesson scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and course arrangements.
By enrolling in our online bass lessons, you agree to the terms below.
Your lessons take place online at your agreed weekly time.

If you cannot attend a lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you wish to withdraw from lessons, written notice by email is required.
Our online bass lessons are provided on a regular weekly basis.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, students receive four lessons per month on average. Some months may contain more or fewer lesson dates depending on the calendar, but lessons are calculated across the course period.
Lessons are delivered online by a qualified bass instructor at the agreed day and time.
Lessons are delivered via video call using a suitable online platform.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have:
- a stable internet connection
- a suitable device
- a working camera and microphone where required
- a bass guitar available for the lesson
- a quiet environment suitable for learning
Students should join their lesson on time.
The first payment may be made manually using the payment link provided.
After the first instalment, monthly payments are collected automatically via Stripe on the 1st of each month.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains active and that sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, lesson bookings may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount has been settled.
If you are unable to attend a lesson, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where sufficient notice has been given, the lesson may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability.
Any rescheduled lesson must be completed within six weeks of the originally scheduled lesson date.
Lessons missed without the required notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If your instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will arrange a suitable make-up lesson.
In some circumstances, we may provide a substitute instructor or offer an alternative lesson time.
If you wish to stop your lessons, we require four teaching weeks’ written notice by email.
Payments due during the notice period remain payable.
Written notice should be sent to the contact email provided by the school.
Courses cannot normally be paused once they have started, unless otherwise agreed by S & C Music and Fine Arts Training Ltd in writing.
Any pause or special arrangement is at the discretion of the company and must be confirmed in writing.
Course fees are non-refundable once lessons have been booked and the course has started, except where required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide the agreed service.
Missed lessons, late arrivals, or technical issues on the student’s side are not refundable.
Students are responsible for their own internet connection, device, camera, microphone and sound setup.
If a lesson cannot take place due to technical problems on the student’s side, the lesson will be treated as missed.
If a lesson cannot take place due to technical problems on the instructor’s side, a make-up lesson will be arranged.
If a student joins the lesson late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time.
